Ref.: Your request Notice Inviting Tender (NIT) dated 25th June 2014.

Dear Sirs/Madam,

This refers to your NIT dated _______________inviting us to submit a proposal


for FIT OUT GENERAL CONTRACTOR work at the offices for Adobe Systems
India Pvt. Ltd, Bengaluru.

We have received the following documents issued with your request for
proposals or thereafter:

A. Format of proposed Owner-Contractor Master Article of


Agreement, stamped with our seal in acknowledgement.
B. Proposed General Conditions of Contract, stamped with our seal in
acknowledgement.
C. Proposed Specific Conditions of Contract, stamped with our seal in
acknowledgement.
D. Format of Bonds and Warranties required to be signed by the
Contractor on award of Contract.
E. Instructions to bidders.
F. Forms of Tender through, filled in and signed as required.
G. Bills of Quantities, with Item Rates filled in, the Amounts summarized
and signed as required.
H. Technical Specifications.

We have read and understood the documents listed above. We have, on,
____________ visited the Site, where the Work is to be constructed.

We, undersigned, hereby offer to construct the proposed Work in strict


accordance with the Contract Document for the consideration to be
calculated in terms of the priced schedule of quantities and such Contract
Document.

We undertake to complete the whole of the works as per the attached


Construction Schedule from the date of issue of written intimation by you
that our tender has been accepted and upon being permitted to enter Site.

We further undertake that on failure, subject to the conditions of the


contract relating to extension of time, I/We shall pay agreed Liquidated
Damages for the period during which the Work shall remain incomplete,
and full understand that the Contract may be terminated in case of default
in execution of Work and all the cost and damages would be paid by me.

Unless and until a formal agreement is prepared and executed, this Tender
together with your written acceptance thereof, shall constitute a binding
contract between us.

We understand that you are not bound to accept the lowest or any tender
you may receive. We further agree to the deduction of 5 % from the RA Bills
towards the Retention Money. We will furnish the Performance Bond.

We have obtained and interpolated all information necessary; we propose to


execute the Work for the consideration of INR. _________ only (Rupees __
) as per items detailed in Bill of Quantities with Units Rate attached
herewith. I fully understand that this is an Item Rate Contract and the
Contract Sum would be payable for the approved Work only.

If, We are awarded the work I/We agree, within one weeks of award, we will
provide all documents to execute a contract and submit bonds and
warranties in the format of the documents listed herein

We also confirm to Commence the work on ________________ and Complete


and handover the entire work on or before ______________.

This proposal is entirely in conformance with the documents included in the


Tender Documents.

We understand that you, at your sole discretion, may award the work to
whomsoever you may choose, on whatsoever terms, or decide to carry out
only a part of the work or not to carry out the work at all, without having to
