RETAIL PROFIT
Retail Profit is just buying & selling products directly to any end customer.You can earn a
retail profit of 10% - 25% by purchasing products at Distributor Price and selling them at
the Maximum Retail price (MRP).

PREFERRED CUSTOMER BONUS

A preferred customer is the customer where he/she will not be a distributor, but will have
a unique ID in your business organization and can buy products at a discounted price of
10% from the MRP and 5% on Preferred customer price will be credited to Sponsor as
Preferred Customer Bonus. The respective PV made from the preferred customer for
retailing will go to the Sponsor Distributor as Personal Volume.

FIRST ORDER BONUS

This bonus will be generated when your personally sponsored distributor who places a
First Order of his/her choice of products for retailing. All 100 PV/ 50 PV/ 10 PV distribu-
tors will earn a one-time First Order bonus of 20% / 10% / 2% respectively of PV from the
personally sponsored distributors.

FORTNIGHT FREEDOM BONUS
Help minimum 4 of your personally sponsored distributors who are active with minimum
50 PV and their personally sponsored distributors in your Personal Enrollment Tree (PET)
for retailing to their customers. Generate 1100 PV from your PET from the first 2 levels in
2 weeks. You will receive a bonus of Rs.15000 every fortnight with 100 PV active or Rs.
7500 every fortnight with 50 PV active.

Volume : Refers to the points assigned to products.

PV : PV is personal sales volume from products ordered for selling to your retail customer.

Personal : Personal Enrollment tree volume is sales volume from products o r d e r e d b y y o u r

Tree(PET) enrollment tree for selling to their customers.Volume generated by the down line in your
placement tree is group volume or GV.
Your PV is not included in your personal enrollment tree volume.

TEAM BONUS
A distributor can earn up to 20% of Team bonus
on the lesser leg group volume (GV). A maxi-
mum of Rs.10 Lakhs can be earned per week
per business center. Distributors of your organi-
zation can be Personally Sponsored or placed
under your leg by upline and those distributors
will become a part of your placement tree. To
qualify for Team Bonus, you will need to have
minimum 100 GV or more in your lesser leg and
have to be active with minimum 10 PV. If you
have purchased more than 100 PV in one week,
then the excess PV will be added to the lesser

EXECUTIVE MATCHING BONUS
This is where you begin to smell the real money. Silver and above ranks will earn Execu-
tive Matching Bonus of 5% - 20% on the Team Bonus earned by 4 generation distributors
within the personal enrollment tree. Each directly sponsored distributor placed on any
level within your organization is considered as your 1st generation. Subsequently, when
someone in your first generation sponsors a new distributor, that new distributor is
considered as 2nd generation and so on.
*Weekly commission paid out from the Matching bonus cannot exceed your Team Bonus.

How do I generate PV?
You can generate personal sales volume in two ways - through product sales made to your preferred customers and through
purchasing product to use in building your business.

Can I activate with any product?

You can activate with any product in Magnessa.

If I go inactive what happens to my volume and organization?

All accumulated placement tree volume will be reset to zero.

What is qualified?
When your personally sponsored distributor one on each side (Left & Right) are ACTIVE on particular week then you
are qualified.

Can I get my volumes back once I am active again?

No, you will once again begin to accumulate group sales volume as products in your placement tree organization are sold.

Who is a retail customer?

A retail customer is someone who purchases Magnessa products from an existing distributor. A retail customer is not a
distributor.

Who is a preferred customer?

A preferred customer is someone who purchases Magnessa products from the company directly. A preferred customer is
not a distributor.

Will the unpaid volume in both the leg gets carried forward to next week?
No, only the unpaid volume in the greater leg will be carried forward to next week, which depends upon your activity level.

If a star distributor is having 5000 GV in his lesser leg, he will be paid maximum for 499 GV and the remaining volume will be flushed out.
Also the same 499 GV will be deducted from the Greater leg.
If a silver distributor is having 10000 GV in his lesser leg, he will be paid maximum for 5999 GV and the remaining volume will be flushed
out. Also the same 5999 GV will be deducted from the Greater leg.
If a Gold distributor is having 20000 GV in his lesser leg, he will be paid maximum for 14999 GV and the remaining volume will be flushed
out. Also the same 14999 GV will be deducted from the Greater leg.
