Subject :- Regarding welfare Issues

It is submitted that
1. I have joined in TERM Cell of DoT at Shimla in July as per orders issued by CO BSNL. In the orders it has
clearly been mentioned that I will continue to draw my pay and allowances from BSNL.
2. Before joining at Shimla I was posted at Palampur as SDE Trans during May 2011

Now, Id like to draw your kind attention and request your personnel intervention in following issues
1. Although more than two months has been passed, my salary as per my posting at Palampur has not been revised
accordingly I am getting less allowances /perks resulting in to financial loss to me. In this regard I have requested
the concerned officials of HRD but in vain.
2. I have applied for permission for purchase of flat at Kharar in required forms and replied to the queries raised
during June 2011 but no communication received till date. Hence it is deemed to be permitted. I request you to
give me formal permission so that I may mention in my APRs in future.
3. I have joined at TERM Cell Shimla without availing journey time & accordingly joining report has been sent to
your office but the leave against joining time (12 days) has not been credited in my leave account.[as per HRMS
Portal].
4. I have applied for nomination for E2-E3 online training for July2011-sept 2011, but I have not received any CDs
of study material till date. Also I request you to communicate dated of exam to the DDG TERM cell Shimla well
in time so that I may be relieved for examination. It is understood that if I do not complete the training it will
affect my future TBPs & my next increment.
5. Recently the leave account has been updated in HRMS portal and I observed that my leave has been deducted
against LND leave already sanctioned. Hence I submit that salary deducted earlier my be refunded to me.
6. I have applied for stepping up of pay as per that of junior Mr. Vishal Walia as he is drawing more salary than me
in spite of the fact that he is junior to me but no communication received till date.
7. I have not received any communication regarding disclosure of my APR /ACR for 2010-2011 till date.
8. I applied for transfer TA before my relieving from Palampur but no advance given till date as a result of which I
am not able to shift my family till date. Sir, I understand that the salary and allowances payable to me will be
reimbursed by DoT, hence my allowances should not be restricted. So I again humbly request you to pay me
transfer TA as per my application so that I may shift my family at earliest.

Hence I again most humbly request your good self to intervene in the matters mentioned above and provide
me justice in time.
I understand that your intervention will provide me justice and Ill not be compelled to knock other
doors for justice.
