Artistic Fabric & Garment Industries (AFGI) is one of the leading

suppliers of premium denim fabrics and garments in the world. With a
large-scale, fully vertical operation based in Karachi, Pakistan, the
company has recently expanded its capacity to produce 50 Million
meters of fabric and 25 million garments per year along with some of
the most innovative products for top Denim brands globally.

Our corporate family has a rich heritage of over 65 years in the textile
industry. The company first started operations in 1949, with a small
retail shop founded by an enterprising man. With a vision to grow, the
company expanded its operations and established multiple garment
factories. In the 1990s, there was tremendous growth and the
company used this opportunity to narrow its focus on denim fabric and
garments. It led to the creation of a specialized vertical operation and a
culture of denim.

Yarn is the nucleus for success of any denim brand. ADM spinning
unit is equipped with state of the art latest machineries with Amsler
Technology to provide high quality yarn and complete backup
support. Incessant investments has been injecting for innovations
and numerous yarn effects

DYEING:

ADM is equipped with 24 Ropes dyeing (2 Machines) with a capacity

of 140,000 meters in one run. ADM is the 12th Mill in the world to be
using Liquid Indigo directly from Dystar Germany. The temperature
controlled dye box environment combined with fully automated
feeding system ensures consistency of shade all the way.

WEAVING :

Weaving consists of Airjet looms from Pinacol, Rapier from Smit and
Projectile from Sulzer. The Belgium /Italian/ Swiss technology enables
weaving of all type of denim fabrics in weights from 7oz to 15oz. All
machines are centrally monitored and controlled to produce defects
free quality.

FINISHING :

ADM 's finishing is spread over in following process: For making the
fabric looks flat with enhanced hand

SUPPORT INFRASTRUCTURE
ADM has its own power generation setup to accelerate production from
converting cotton to finished garments. Our self power generation
capacity is 15MW with heat recovery system.
