Aims and Objectives of this Course:

Understand the fundamentals of energy science.


Appreciate the challenges facing society for
sustainable energy production.
Have a broad understanding of renewable /
alternative energy as well as conventional energy
systems and how they interact with the national
energy supply system.
Be able to perform a mini design project on an
aspect of energy science at an advanced level.
Critically review energy technology.
