MOTION TO CANCEL HEARING

Undersigned counsel unto the Honorable Court, most

respectfully manifests:

1. That the above-entitled case is scheduled to be heard on

April 11, 2016 in the morning;

2. That the IBP Northern Luzon Regional Convention will be

held on April 10-12, 2016 at Bayombong, Nueva Vizcaya and
the undersigned counsel has to attend the said convention
together with the other chapter lawyers;

3. That undersigned counsel is constrained to seek for the

cancellation of the hearing set on April 11, 2016 and that
the next scheduled setting on April 25, 2016 be maintained;

4. That this motion is not intended to delay the proceedings of

the case.

WHEREFORE, premises considered, it is respectfully

prayed of the Honorable Court that the hearing scheduled on
April 11, 2016 be cancelled with the next scheduled hearing
on April 25, 2016 be maintained.
