JUDICIAL AFFIDAVIT OF KING STEFAN

I, KING STEFAN, of legal age, and a resident of Human Kingdom Pasay City,
witness and petitioner in this case, states under oath that:

PRELIMINARY STATEMENT
The person examining me is Atty. Kim Israel S. Buhain with office address at
BAARR LAWFIRM and ASSOCIATES 45 Taft Avenue, Pasay City. The
examination is being held at the same address. I am answering his questions
voluntarily, to the best of my knowledge and fully conscious that I do so
under oath and may face criminal liability for false testimony and perjury.

PURPOSE
This affidavit/testimony of KING STEFAN is being offered to prove the unlawful act of
Defendant Maleficent of unlawfully depriving the former of the custody of Aurora,
the daughter of King Stefan.

Q: Could you please state your name and personal circumstances for the
record

A: I am I am KING STEFAN, of legal age, and a resident of Human

Kingdom Pasay City, witness and petitioner in this case.

Q: Why are you executing this affidavit?

A: To prove the unlawful act of Defendant Maleficent of unlawfully

depriving me of my lawful custody over my daughter Aurora.

Q: And what is your relation to the defendant?

A: We are not related to each other, I only get to know the defendant the
time when she came into my castle and cursed my child, Aurora, that
on her 16th birthday she will prick her finger on the spindle of a
spinning wheel and fall into a deep sleep from which she will never be
awaken.
 Q: Could you remember when that incident happened?

A: January 8, 2000, sometime in the afternoon.

Q: As a loving father, what measure did you take to ensure the safety of
Aurora against the curse of the defendant?

A: I temporarily entrusted my Aurora to the three pixies namely,

Knotgrass, Thistlewit and Flittle until the 16 th birthday of my daughter,
while I am destroying all the spinning wheels in the kingdom to ensure
that my daughter shall not be pricked and to evade the curse. I did
that to ensure the safety of my daughter.

Q: And what happened after that?

A: That I consistently contacted the three pixies thru General Walt to

ensure that my child is safe, but on the morning of June 19, 2016, a
day before my daughters 16th birthday, Aurora ran away from the
three pixies and went to the castle of Maleficent and never returned
since then.

Q: What did you do after that?

A: I demanded Malaficent to return my daughter after receiving

information that Gen. Walt saw my daughter with Maleficent, and I
immediately ordered my men to take Aurora back from Maleficent, but
the latter refused and engaged my men into a fight to resist my men
and frustrate my order. My attempt to retrieve and take back my
daughter was relentless, but the attempts were futile.

Q: What did you feel after the defendants refusal to return your daughter
Aurora to your custody?

A: I am deeply emotionally wounded and suffered sleepless nights

because of the worries over my daughter being under the custody of a
person who cursed her.
