    This is in connection with the representation of your husband Lt. Col. Ferdinand
    Marcelino by our law office in court for having been investigated by the Philippine
    Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) regarding the alleged position of him of
    dangerous drugs in violation of R.A 9165 otherwise known as the Dangerous Drugs
    Act.

    Anent above, our law office has the following charges for representation of your
    husband as follows;

    a. Acceptance Fee amounting to P40,000.00


    b. Per appearance of counsel in hearing P3,000.00
    c. Other Incidental expenses that may be incurred while the trial is on process.
