When you receive your timetable and Statement of Entry, its very important to do the following:
1. Read it carefully
2. If you find any differences, please inform your IGCSE/GCE Coordinator as soon as you notice that
3. Private Candidates only should inform the British Council (BC)
4. Read the following attachments carefully:
a) School exams guidelines for candidates
b) Use of Calculators and Dictionaries
c) List of allowed and disallowed items

Be aware that both the Examining Boards and the (BC) will not accept any mistakes occurring out of negligence
Everyday before you leave the house make sure of having the following:
1. Your official Identification Card (ID) with your picture
2. Your Statement of Entry
3. Your pen, pencil, eraser etc. should be in a transparent plastic bag (there will be no stationary available to be provided by the British Council)
4. Your calculator should be according to the boards standards. Please refer to Use of calculators document

(Unfortunately you will not be able to sit for the exam if you dont have your ID and your Statement of Entry)

* You should be at the exam venue 1 hour prior to the start of the exam scheduled time as you will need to proceed to the exam room 45 minutes prior the start time

1. Due to timetable clashes in some subjects, students might be delayed after the scheduled end time
2. You should come in your school uniform

Mobiles in any case are not allowed in the exams venue, and the British Council is not responsible for the loss of any mobile
