Indian Council of Medical Research ‘The post of Scientist ‘B’ (Medical) with following qualification is to be filled up in ICMR project on “Burden of Non Communicable Diseases and associated risk factors for India” (BOD-NCD) ~ Coordinating Unit at Division of NCD, Indian Council of Medical Research, Ansari Nagar, New Delhi. Name of the Post Scientist - B (Medical) Number of Post : 4 (Four) Essential Qualifications: ~—_—_—i) M.B.B.S or MPH Degree with 2 years experience or equivalent degree from a recognized University. Desirable Qualification (i) Additional research/ teaching experience in Non Communicable Diseases areas, (ii) Knowledge of Computer Applications & Data Management. Age limit Not exceeding 35 years, Relaxation for government servants and SC/ST/OBC/PWD candidates in accordance with the instructions issued by the Department of Personnel and Training from time to time in this regard. Emoluments: Consolidated Rs.61,000/- + HRA as admissible. Job requirement : Candidate is required to coordinate the activities of disease working groups monitor the study while assisting the Programme Officer in reviewing studies, conducting meetings etc, & facilitate in preparation of consolidated reports. The post is purely temporary for a period of 15 months. The appointment is terminable with one month notice from either side, The selected candidate will have no claim for regular appointment under ICMR.
