2016-2017 NYC Service Fellowship Program

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for consideration as a candidate, applicants must meet the following requirements at the
time of their application:

All applicants must hold an undergraduate degree.

Applicants must be recent graduates, no more than four full years out of college (i.e.

undergraduate graduation in spring of 2016, 2015, 2014, 2013, or 2012).

Applicants must have one year of service experience, with priority given to those who have

completed a national service program, i.e. AmeriCorps State and National, VISTA, NCCC, etc.

Applicants must be prepared to participate in the program on a full-time basis for one full year

(August 2016 August 2017). While a NYC Service Fellow, fellows may not have any additional

jobs and/or fellowships. This Fellowship requires a full-time commitment.

Fellows must meet the eligibility requirements to work in NYC, i.e. full compliance with the I-9

form from US Citizenship and Immigration Services.
