DearCommanderMordechai:
Today,hearinghasbeenconductedinthePetahTikvahMagistrateCourtinthecourt
file,referencedabove,followingmydetentionlastnightduringasilentprotest,
whereIwalkedsilently,withnosingingandnochanting.
Insuchcourthearing,counselfortheStateofIsraelandtheIsraelPolicestatedon
therecord:Leadingrepresentativesoftheprotestreachedthroughnegotiationwith
thePoliceregardingongoingprotestinanagreeduponlocation,whichbalancesthe
rightoftheparticipantstoprotestandtherightoftheresidentsforsilenceand
privacy.Incontrastwithsuchagreementsinsuchcase,thesuspectproceeded
whilemakingnoiseintotheheartofaresidentialneighborhood...
Obviously,theclaimsregardingviolationofquiteandprivacyarefalse.
Ialsohavenoknowledgeatallregardingagreementswithleading
representativesandobviously,onecannotbeheldaccountableforagreements,
whichhehadnotbeenpartytoandhadnoknowledgeof.AttorneyDanielHacklai
wastheonlyone,whoIhadknownconductedcontactswithPoliceinthismatter.
Evenpriortolastnightsprotest,Ihadapproachedhimwitharequestfor
clarificationsregardinghiscontactswithPolice,andhehadexplicitlydeniedthat
therehadbeenanyagreement,suchasclaimedtodayincourtregardingallthe
protesters(hehadstatedthattherehadbeensuchagreementonlypertainingto
individuals,relativetowhomtemporaryrestrainingorderswereineffectfor14
days).
FollowingtodayshearingIhavealsowidelypublishedthematter,andhave
individuallyapproachedleadingrepresentativesandaskedthatanybodywhoknew
ofsuchagreementsletmeandotherprotestersknowaboutthem.Leading
representativeshaveansweredthattheyhadnoknowledgeofsuchagreements.

Therefore,IhereindemandthatthePetahTikvahPolicedisclosetomeandtoother
protesters,whattheagreementswerethatStateofIsraelandIsraelPolicecounsel
referredtoincourttoday,whothepartiestosuchagreementswere,wholeading
representativeswere,thedateofsuchagreements,thefulldetailsofsuch
agreements,andwhethertheyweremadeinwritingoronlyverbally.
