Affidavit of Immigration Officer _____________

I am _____________________, of legal age, single, and a resident of (Insert Address of Affiant),

after having been duly sworn in accordance with law, hereby depose and say:

1. I am an Immigration officer at the Ninoy International Airport.

2. On the July _______, 2014 a day that I will never forget because this was the date
that I saw the beautiful, loving and caring queen of the land.
3. During the said date, I was assigned in the Diplomatic, Government and Monarch
Official lane of the Immigration of the international airport.
4. I was the one who was manning the said lane during the time that the queen left the
country.
5. She was accompanied by her secretary the famous mirror and a lot of securities and
personnel.
6. It is still vivid in my mind that when the queen arrived in the immigration area,
everyone stopped and bowed their heads to show respect to the queen.
7. When the queen approached the immigration counter, she asked me on how am I
doing? And I replied that I am doing well and I thanked her for the inspiration that she
gave to millions of people in the kingdom.
8. When the queen was handing me her passport, as an Standard Operating Procedure
(SOP), I checked the name, the picture in the passport and the various records in our
data base.
9. While checking the passport and other related records, I also asked the queen, as
part of the SOP, where are you going your highness? She replied to me that she will
be having a state visit in five countries and kingdoms.
10. I asked the queen on how long she will be out of the country? She answered me that
she will be out of the country for atleast 5 months.
11. As part of our Standard Operating Procedure, we are required to check in our
database, the record of each passenger that is leaving our country, whether there is a
pending criminal record, or present criminal record or any order from the court that
prohibits the passenger from leaving our country before we stamped the passport.
12. The queens record was clean and there is no reason not to allow leave the country
so I stamped her passport.
13. The next person in line was the secretary of the queen, the Mirror. The same
procedure I conducted to the Mirror as what I did with the queen.
14. Also, the same procedure I conducted to the rest of the securities and personnel that
is accompanying the entourage of the queen.
15. That on __________, I was also assigned in I was assigned in the Diplomatic,
Government and Monarch Official lane of the Immigration of the international airport.
16. On the said date, I saw the queen approaching the immigration counter and while she
was walking everyone bowed their head as a sign of respect to the queen.
17. That on the said date, the queen approached the immigration counter, handed me her
passport looking very tired.
18. When I about to stamped the passport for her arrival in country, I saw various stamps
in her passport.
19. I entered in the data base the date of her arrival, and other information required by our
standard operating procedure.
20. I stamped the passport of the queen and she passed the immigration counter.
21. The next person in line was the secretary of the queen, the Mirror. The same
procedure I conducted to the Mirror as what I did with the queen.
22. The mirror passed the immigration counter.
23. Also, the same procedure I conducted to the rest of the securities and personnel that
is accompanying the entourage of the queen and they passed the immigration
counter.
