This is a translation of a lace knitting pattern in Danish found at http://www.kunststrik.dk/alita.htm

ABBREVIATIONS:

K = knit
K1BL = knit 1 through back of stitch
K2TOG = knit 2 together
SKP = slip 1, knit 1, pass slipped stitches over
SK2P = slip 1, knit 2 together, pass slipped stitch over
YO = yarn over
<- = undo indicated no. of stitches on right hand needle and place onto left hand needle before
starting new round
->= knit as many stitches as indicated onto last needle of previous round before starting new round
()x = knit text in brackets as many times as indicated after the "x"

Finish by crocheting the stitches off, 2 at a time, with a double crochet (US single crochet), putting 5
chain between between each double (US single) crochet.

Do another 2 rows of crochet: slip stitch till middle of first bow, * 1 dc (US sc) in loop, 5 chain *,
repeat till end of round.

The Danish website states that the original pattern is in the public domain. Except for posting on a
