AVAILABILITY OF SURVEY FORM ON INSTITUTES WEBSITE

FOR TAKING EXAMINEES FEEDBACK ON EXAMINATION OF
ALL PAPERS FROM FALL 2016 EXAMINATIONS

Students are hereby informed that the competent authority of the Institute has decided
to launch a SURVEY FORM for taking examinees feedback on examination of all
papers w.e.f. Fall 2016 Examinations.

The Survey Form will be available/ online from start to conclusion date of the
examinations.

Whereas, the form will comprise some mandatory fields for making secure login and a
questionnaire with multiple choices, which may be followed by the link given below
during the specified duration:

All the stakeholders are encouraged to input their valuable feedback accordingly.
