As a TL, I gained how to delegate member, you cant delegate
the work to them according to only their ability but you have to
know what they want to achieve and develop as they are do
their work.

As a TL, I will have the opportunity to initiate the new structure


of my team and tracking the member to make sure that what
we are doing are on the right track to achieve our goal

The knowledge management that psyne can help is when I


finish develop the team structure then you can suggest and
recommended what is still need to be fixed and. You know
what I mean

What I expected from leadership skill is how to develop myself


and my team, for myself, as I know, I will learn how to be a
good leader just about leading the team. For my team, I want
them to be the better person develop themselves as they work
then hopefully they will gain many things from being in AIESEC
and become the good leader in the way that one want to be.
