1 Version introduction
1.1 version check (the video please reference EN1-check base version )

(1) Please input * # 267 # on the dialer interfacesuch as picture.

(2) Check to see if the internal version number for B115, if yes, that is the current base
version.

1.2 Upgrade prerequisite

The Y5II handset software should be updated with the SD card which is more than 2G.

2 Upgrade preparation
2.1 Check current upgrade environment

Make sure that the SD card is available and can be read and write.

2.2 Confirm the upgrade package is complete and correct

Obtaining the upgrade file, ensure that the update is complete and correct.

3 Upgrade operations
3.1 Normal upgrade (Recommend)

Step 1. A SD card of 2G or more should be available. No special restrictions on the SD

card .

Step 2. (the video please reference EN2-format the SD card). Format the SD card
(This operation is optional).

Step 3. (the video please reference EN3-copy version package) Copy the package

which is named UPDATE. APP to the SD card/dload folder directory, If the package

name isnt UPDATE. APP, rename it. If you do not dload folder, New.

Step 4. (the video please reference EN4-upgrade operations) Insert the SD card

into the handset and power on. After entering the home screen, press menu key to

choose Settings -> Updater->Menu->Local update ->Confirm ->Confirm to start the

upgrade. Reference to the following pictures.

Step 5. When the progress bar stop, the phone will restart, if not you need to

remove the battery and start it manually.

3.2 Key combination to upgrade

Step 1. A SD card of 2G or more should be available. No special restrictions on the SD

Step 2. Format the SD card (This operation is optional).

Step 3. Copy the package which is named UPDATE.APP to the SD card/dload folder

directory, If the package name isnt UPDATE.APP, rename it. If you do not dload folder,

Step 4. Turn off the phone,press the power and volume up key,Dont Loosen the hand

until enter the Figure 1 screen, then automatically enter the recovery model (Figure 2)

Step 5. Select the apply update from sdcard (Figure 2) by the volume down key,press

the power key ,then choose the UPDATE.APP files to upgrade

Step 6. When the progress bar stop, the phone will restart, if not you need to remove the

battery and start it manually.

Step 7: When the progress bar stops, the phone will automatically restart. Wait 3

minutes, if not automatically restart unplug the battery, manually restart the phone.

4.1 Please input * # 267 # on the dialer interfacesuch as picture.

4.2 Check to see if the internal version number for B113, if yes, upgrade

success.

5 Factory data reset (the video please reference EN6-factory reset phone)
5.1 Settings >Backup & reset -> Factory data reset -> select Erase internal storage

-> Reset phone > click Reset phone.

Maybe you can connect the handset with the charger or the USB data cable to provide

power.
