The premises and nance owned by partner(s) will be treated as owned by the proposed rm
as a whole for the purpose of eligibility. Each partner should submit separate application
form along with separate Refundable Security Deposit. However, the applications should be
clubbed together. They also have to submit a copy of the proposed partnership deed along
with the application. However, the applicant should submit only one nancial bid and Initial
Down Payment (IDP) for their application.

C. Site specic additional facilities required for customer service such as Staff cum Change Room,
Service Station, Rest Room, Restaurant, PUC facility and/other Facilities as may be specied by
MEE from time to time and will be provided by MEE/Retailer as applicable.
D. Fireghting & Safety Equipment Retailer will provide Fireghting/Safety equipment at Retail
Outlet as per the statutory requirements and maintain them in good working condition at his/her
own cost. Trained staff should be available to handle and operate the same.
E. Investment Required: The approximate investments required for development of infrastructure
and facilities at New Retail Outlets will be indicated in the advertisement.
F. Statutory Approvals / Licences: Retailer select will obtain all statutory approvals / licences for
operation of Retailership as required.
G. Refundable Security Deposit: A Refundable Security Deposit payable on per KL basis would be
recovered from the Retailer as applicable from time to time. In certain cases, the premises and
super structure (constructed by the Retailer), will be taken on lease from the selected candidate.
The rentals as mutually agreed will be paid by the MEE.

APPLICATION FEE

Application fee of Rs. 3000/- in the form of demand draft only in favour of the MEE.
One applicant can submit only one application for one location. In case more than one
application is received from one applicant, only one application would nally be
considered. Application fee submitted by the applicant along with all other applications
will not be refunded.

Nationalised/ Scheduled Bank payable at regional ofce town must be
submitted so as to reach the ofce address mentioned below:

an offer of RO dealership. Set up an appointment with your area sales
manager and based on the ROI we will conrm the outlet allocation.
The company reserves the right to cancel/withdraw/amend this advertisement

In case of any discrepancy in advertisement published in English Newspapers
via vernacular dailies, the direction/information indicated in English paper
