Operation and maintenance of Ericsson RBS 2000 series BTS.
Up gradation of BTS sites for better network performance.
Quality audit of sites, looking after all the CF faults and TRX fault of all sites.
Dropping E1s at various sites, TRU addition and activation.

electrical).
Resolve all the power related issues (PIU, DG sets, Air conditioners, Battery Banks,
Power Plant etc.) by the team & by Coordinating with the Vendors at all Levels
Ensuring timely availability of spares from all vendors.
Ensure Electrical PM of all the sites as per the schedule & clearing all the punch points
thereafter.
Maintains the cost efficiency by properly checking the conveyance of technicians bills of
O&M expenses, Bills verification of work done by Vendors.
Quality checking (electrical) during roll -out.
Joint AT of sites (100 % on all sites before infra hand over).
Identify frequent failing sites and corrective Action.
To maintain all Electrical equipment commissioning, joint A/T of PIU, DG, Power Plant,
Battery Bank & all electrical work, External Alarms before site on Air.
To maintain the availability of electrical power connection before site on Air.

Replacement of Aged /Faulty equipment time to time.

Co-Ordination between Estate and Security team on ground.
Site Automation and alarm compliance.
Identifying high Diesel consumption sites and their remedy Action.
Key performance indicators sheet signoff on monthly basis as per schedule with Bharti
Airtel.

Deploy securities at sites as per requirement and control the theft cases, Police support

ELECTRICALS

Resolving of all the project related issues (like PIU, DG sets, Air conditioners, Battery
Banks, SMPS).
Being the 1st point of management escalation towards the Customer for restoration of
network elements.
Fault analysis, issuing recommendations, upgrading the systems following technology
improvement.
Planning and execution of effective preventive maintenance for all utilities (like DG, PIU,
AC, SMPS, Battery

Bank, etc.) and clearing of punch points thereafter.

Rectification of faults for all utility breakdowns.
Breakdown analysis and corrective actions for utility breakdowns.
Preparation of all documents and records as per requirement, MIS Reports to Internal &
External customers.
Coordinating with the vendors at all Levels to ensure diesel filling at sites in right time, site
get electrified in right time, servicing of DG sets in right time etc.
Maintaining spares record of complete circle and Ensuring timely availability of spares in
all clusters which will be requiring for O&M of cell sites.
To carry out internal audits for safe operation of cell sites.
Maintaining a high degree of Customer relationship for O&M deliverables ie (Customer
handling and ensuring customer delight).
Ensuring deliverables from other support functions to deliver the O&M Services.
To maintain the availability of electrical power connection before site ON AIR (in case of
Normal connection).
Ensure installation and commissioning of electrical equipment/items at site, (with in 3 days
of material availability at site).
