TORONTO POLICE ASSOCIATION SURVEY SUMMARY-MORALE

Qualitative Comments
The total failure of the command to address frontline issues resulting in the worst morale
I've seen in 16 years.
Too great a work load. Unable to keep up with cases. Continually drowning in work and no
change in the foreseeable future.
Officers are being rushed to do their duties. This is causing corners to be cut and endangering
the officers.
Staffing, no TO or it being cancelled, no support at any level, many demands from PRU and
management don't realize policing is not the same 10+ years ago.
