Bankoperationsinvolvesanctioningofloansandadvancestocustomersforvarietyofpurposes.

(eitherinterestorinstallmentoftheprincipleamount)areoverdueby90days.Thuscreditlifecycle
involvesfourstages,creditopportunity,creditassessment,creditmanagementandcredit

Creditworthinessoftheborrowerswillinfluenceloancommitmentbythebank.Theprerequisites
fortheloansanctioneddependsonthecreditworthinessoftheborrower.Therequirementofcredit
