Training Centre CeProSARD

Dear readers,

In the new premises of CeProSARD on "1550" no. 8a, Vizbegovo in Skopje, the equipped
training center continues with its work. Our facility has free parking, and access to a bus stop
for local public transport at a distance of 300 meters. The training center has 20-55 seats
arranged in a "theater" system, or 20 seats arranged in groups. All chairs are with movable
tables, and if necessary 5 tables are added for different organization of the space. The object
has a fully equipped kitchen, a cold / hot water dispenser, toilets and warehouse space. We
have 3 laptops, 2 LCD projectors, projection screens for 4 soft boards suitable for group work,
flipchart whiteboard, wireless internet, printer and other small equipment that you can use
during the training sessions. The space and all the equipment are available in the period from
08:00 to 20:00.

RURAL DEVELOPMENT in the municipalities of

Karpos and Sopishte with implementation of
infrastructure projects funded by IPA funds for
rural infrastructure
In the last period, CeProSARDs team prepared feasibility studies
for construction of kindergartens in the municipalitiy of Karpos and in the
rural settlements Bardovci and Sopiste. The construction of the
kindergartens is on new locations adjacent to existing school buildings. Both
kindergartens provide functional address space and child care in energy
efficient buildings. The construction of the buildings using energy efficiency
measures and renewable energy is in line with the strategic commitment to
energy efficiency of the municipalities. Part of the funds for the
implementation will be provided by IPA investment grants, by the EU through
the MSIP project for improvement of the municipal services. The rest of the
assets will be provided from the municipal budgets.
BIODIVERSITY CONSERVATION in the Vardar
Planning Region
CeProSARDs team held trainings for right and sustainable
collection of forest fruits and organic agricultural production.
Trainings were realised after prepared Program for collection
of forest fruits and organic agricultural production.
The trainings were organised within the frame of the project
Support and promotion of the recognizable economic tourism
events in the VPR, mapping potentials for development of
different forms of rural tourism and preparation of the Register
for potentials of the rural tourism in the planning region, as
activity of the Inclusive development network of the Vardar
Planning region.
 SUSTAINABLE CONSTRUCTION for reduction of the climate changes

CeProSARD prepared a Study for analysis of the sustainable construction

sector in Macedonia. The Study for analysis of stakeholders in the sustainable
construction sector" aimed to provide quality information for implementing activities
that will contribute to the improvement of this sector. For the preparation of the study
were made interviews with many institutions, organizations and companies that
operate this area. In the process were interviewed different manufacturers and
suppliers, banks and financial institutions, organizations that conduct market
research, organizations licensed for supervision and control of energy efficiency, as
well as public. All participants gave a significant contribution to the improvement of
the sector and helped in the process of setting guidelines for the next steps of
introduction and implementation of the sustainable construction in the country.

Construction of a local road in the municipality

POLOGENERGYNET - Establishment of a regional
network for integrated energy and climate management
in the Polog region
CeProSARDs team, together with the Centre for development
of the Polog Planning Region will establish a regional network for
integrated energy and climate management. The final users of the project
benefits will be the residents of the Polog Planning Region who need a
healthy living environment through reduced emissions of greenhouse
gases. The project will contribute to increasing their awareness of the
need for energy and climate management, as well as the possibility for
their direct participation in the improvement of the conditions and the
current situation.
The PologEnergyNet project is implemented within the project Stronger
CSOs for a participatory transposition and implementation of the EU 2020
climate and energy package , funded by the European Union, as a sub-
grant from Milieukontakt Macedonia and the Training Institute Kocka.
of Vasilevo in the Polog Planning Region
In order to secure funds from the World Bank for
reconstruction and construction of a local road in the settlement
Piperevo and Novo Maalo, representatives of CeProSARD held
meetings in the municipality of Vasilevo. The purpose of these
meetings and discussions was development of a quality feasibility
study and determination of the needs and the priorities of the
citizens in these areas which are under the jurisdiction of the
municipality.
The implementation of a project such as construction of the local
roads in the municipality of Vasilevo, will directly contribute for the
development of the area and the local economy.

CeProSARD attended the annual meeting of the

"Rural Development Network of RM"
The Rural Development Network of Macedonia (RDN of RM), on 2
December 2016 in hotel "Continental" in Skopje, held the sixth consecutive
General Assembly. The Parliament presented the activities of the Network
conducted during the period March 2015 - December 2016. CeProSARD as
a member and one of the founders of RDN of RM; supports the activities of
the network.
