1. I seem to have inflamed of cerebral cortex when buildup of testosterone occurs

this and after about a month to a month and a half of abstinence, I find myself
needing to take azithro-like medicines, then feel ok for another 45 days until
testosterone buildup returns-
(a) Patient (myself) has had several blood test procedures the past ten years or /
and during duration of these said symptoms and in all cases tested negative for
stds. Patient firmly believes he contracted something when he was with Eve some
ten years ago and has been self-advocating strong anti-biotics upon flair ups.
Steven expresses a dis-contention toward spinal lumbar puncture testing.
(b) Patient (Myself) had no such improper carnal relations .Patient-Myself self-
advocating medication to stop the production and buildup of semen as potential and
viable treatment.

2. I suffer from very uncomfortable sinus congestion frequently-The interdiction or

use of cordico steroid-like inhalant (nasonex etc) along with Prednisone does and
has been proven effective for us. Can you help treat this such ailment accordingly

3. Patient-(Myself) alleges having right ear pain for past 2 years. Weve had our ears
medically cleaned and used pharmaceutical eardrops but to no avail. We ended up
at urgent care. When treated with azithromycin He/I seem to think this medication
did/does seem to work to quickly provide about 6 months relief. 2X250mg. Can you

4. Patient claims itchy and rash-like flare-ups in and around areas of genitals. We
tried acyclovir and it seemed to dissipate rashes. Although it served its purpose we
do seek refills, or perhaps something similar or a bit stronger. Can you help Dr.

5. Although we may think jock itch may be the same symptom of that in described
the preceded paragraph above, aside from paragraph 4, we feel as though a fungal
ointment for this believed symptom, an effective remedy to this area of a specific

6. Arthritis and back pain/spasms can be debilitating-weve had such ailment(s)for

quite some time. Your noted and trusted medical expertise has been a proven
remedy for me in the sudden and welcomed remissions of such painful ailments. We
cant thank you enough Sir. Much to our amazement after have been started on
courses of Naprosyn which we recommend to others, our symptoms of this ailment
has phased toward Ibuprofen 600 mg as needed in my personal care.
