A roadblock is a stressful circumstance that you put on hold

when you dont want to deal with it. Rather put it away for a while until you think you can deal

with it, only to face it again in the future because it wasnt taking care of at the time. It is a negative

emotion that you had at someone or something, or a stressful circumstance that you couldnt handle

at the time
7 ... Muscles of the Soul is a power within us to deal with different situations, it gives us strength to

go through some of the toughest battles and survive. It helps us to just live through difficult times.
