STOREY DPWH DAVAO CITY DISTRICT ENGINEERING OFFICE
BUILDING (DCDEO) DAVAO CITY eligibility results. Upon the
issuance of the eligibility letter, prepare tender documents and
detailed estimates to be submitted on the date of bidding. The
lowest bidder will be awarded.

The said project will specialize in earth works, concrete

works, fabrication and installation of reinforcing steel bars,
masonry works, roof framing fabrication and installation, roofing
installation, plumbing works including the installation of fire
safety systems like the sprinkler system, hardware works,
electrical works, mechanical works which include the installation
of the elevator system for the said three storey building, finishing
works, tile works, and painting works.

At the time that the Notice to Proceed is accepted from the

implementing agency, see the person in-charge in the project to
conduct a joint inspection with the end user, then after briefing
with regard to the project, expedite the workers and the materials
for the installation of informatory signs and at the same time start
delivering the needed materials for the said project.

Start immediately the fabrication and installation of

reinforcing steel bars which is followed by installation of form
works, and then secure a pouring permit from the agency to start
the pouring of concrete.
 The next priority is masonry works and plastering, then
fabrication and installation of roof framing, fascia frame including
metal roofing accessories, after that, the installation of roofing
then, followed by installing window glass jalousie with glass
transom, doors and blackboard. Plumbing works and installation
of pipes for the sprinkler system and water supply should be done
alternately with the masonry works. After all electrical works have
been done; the installation of the elevation system will proceed.
Last priority is painting works.

After all works are done, dispose the waste properly in a

standby hauling truck to make sure that the area is free from any
debris and dust.

After completion of all works, request a final inspection from

DPWH office for the turnover of the project.

Demobilize and clean the area.
