Assisted the Copy/mail center with inventory and restocking of copier equipment supplies to
meet criteria and guidelines to the detail. Monitored copier equipment for error and
maintenance codes and relayed information to computer specialist and worked out through
problem solving. Acted as a backup to the front desk receptionist - greeted visitors, answered
and screened calls using multi-line telephone console, notified property management of
building maintenance issues requiring attention.
