Based from Republic Act 1199 under auxiliary crops in the printing industry 80 PERCENT OUR SHARE AS WORKERS AND 20 PERCENT SPECC AS SHARE OF LANDHOLDER. DOCUMENTS : from Certifi cation of Atty. Cua that we can legally claim MASS-SPECC PROPERTY and Minutes of the meeting, memorandum of agreement and certifi cation signed by Congressman Gil Cua AND OPTION TO BUY AGREEMENT .
We worked in good faith, loyal and honest to our
company. Sacrifi ce with small salaries received. Everything collections are deposited in tact and disbursements supported with vouchers. Our income derived from the sweat of our brows, eff orts in the printing industry, machineries from foreign country given to us and camera and other machineries like ibm computer, we purchased in accounts but already paid, We have no revolving funds because it was our good operations,WORKING AS OUR OWN BUSINESS AS INSTRUCTED BY LATE ATTY. MORDINO R. CUA AND HAVING PROFIT SHARES, choice, eff orts in the printing industry that we are asking downpayment to the job ordered and delivered on time so that we will be paid in a nice way. That even during night time , we are working in the printing industry and rush hours we deliver in a risk time into the area in Marawe City, lanao del sur and cam igui n, etc. while plant personnels were given enough salaries with meal allowances in accordance with wage law and have salaries to be given on time because if not they will go on strike and quit working and therefore our jobs becomes paralyzed and cannot cope up the jobs worked. Our income derived from non cooperatives private companies while cooperatives are free in the printing department and only labor of the employees are paid and some cooperatives did not pay . Therefore, we strongly claimed our share on the MASS-SPECC property. ATTY. MORDINO R. CUA have knowledge on our operations and they gave us the Certifi cation that we can legally claim MASS-SPECC PROPERTY and other documents stating we can be a part of sharing equally the excess of the proceeds.. But you did not even share to us the proceeds of grants and loans received out from our land invested to CESS. We already paid our loan from UCPB in the year 1989.WHILE OUR PROFIT SHARE AND RETROACTIVE SALARIES WERE INCLUDED IN THE PAYMENT OF THE LAND- LOAN AT UCPB WE DID NOT GET OUR SHARE IN PROFITS AND RETROACTIVE SALARIES BECAUSE ATTY. MORDINO R. CUA PROMISE US THAT SOMEDAY WE WILL HAVE A GOOD LIFE AND WE UNDERSTAND BECAUSE WE HAVE THIS LAND INVESTMENT TO GET SHARE IN THE FUTURE..

on us!We feel hungerness and We cannot worked anymore because of old age and yet you did not listen to our pleading! Yet you received a big salaries more or less php 50,000.00 per month with the used of our land we had invested as having collateral from the grants and loan from foreign and local country?
During the time ATTY. MORDINO R. CUA asking money to
pay our loan to UCPB WE GIVE RIGHT AWAY THE MONEY BECAUSE IF NOT HE WILL BE ANGRY BECAUSE ACCORDING TO HIM HIS FAMILY PROPERTIES WERE ALSO COLLATERAL IN OUR LOAN. SUPPOSED TO BE THE MONEY IS FOR MATERIALS AS WELL AS THE SALARIES OF THE EMPLOYESS BUT WE TOLERATE TO GIVE PRIORITY TO HIM AS WELL AS THE MANAGEMENT SUBSIDY BECAUSE WE SHOULDER SALARIES OF THE STAFF OF SPECC WHILE WAITING FROM THEIR FUNDS- EDUCATION AND TRAINING.
NOW, We again pleading , AND APPEAL TO HIS
EXCELLENCY President BENIGNO SIMEON AQUINO III and CDA Chairman ORLANDO R. RAVANERA TO HELP US WITH OUR ENDEAVOR.PLEASE PAY US, OUR CLAIM THE SUM OF TWELVE MILLION SEVEN HUNDRED EIGHTY ONE THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED PESOS ( PHP 12,781,600.00)
SPECC Primary cooperatives are automatically
cancelled because their share is only Php 200.00 . with no participation in the printing industry. This was motioned by Mr. Daniel Cinco former SPECC TREASURER AND ATTY. MORDINO R. CUA REMAINED AT SPECC AS CHAIRMAN AND FOUNDER . Our SHARE does not Aff ect OR CHANGED even MASS-SPECC MERGED BECAUSE THAT IS OUR CONTRIBUTIONS AND NO SINGLE CENTAVO MASS-SPECC GIVEN AS WELL AS THE NEWLY CREATED organized PRIMARY COOPERATIVES.
PLEASE MAKE A RESOLUTION GRANTING OUR CLAIM AS
PART-OWNER OF MASS-SPECC AND GRANT OTHER BENEFITS.
ON THE OTHER HAND If you cannot TAKE APPROPRIATE
ACTION TO PAY us THEN we can be forced to fi le CRIMINAL CASE to YOU AS OFFICERS OF MASS-SPECC THE FOLLOWING; EJECTMENT-WE WILL TAKE OVER THE
BUILDING, PERJURY, ANTI FENCING LAW, PRESIDENTIAL
DECREE NO. 772 SQUATTING OF THE LAN D AND CANCELLATION OF TITLE AND TAX DECLARATIONS. SWINDLING AND DECEITS, WITH THE HELP OF OUR ALMIGHTY FATHER IN HEAVEN, OUR LORD JESUS CHRIST AND HE WIL GRANT OUR CLAIM RIGHT AWAY. THAT IS OUR SHARE CONTRIBUTED IN THE PRINTING COOPERATIVE INDUSTRY.ANY SINGLE CENTAVO YOU HAVE NOT CONTRIBUTED. Please do not delay the payment , we really need THE MONEY our claim of MASS-SPECC PROPERTY. Please be reminded that when we pay the loan of the land, we give right away the money for payment of the land.
Please do not destroy the good and best reputation of MASS-
SPECC, WE ARE ONLY ASKING SMALL AMOUNT OF MONEY, THE SUM OF TWELVE MILLION SEVEN HUNDRED EIGHTY ONE THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED PESOS (PHP 12,781,600.00) profi t sharing and return of investment AND RECOGNITION AS PART-OWNER OF MASS-SPECC WITH THE MONTHLY PENSION OF TWENTY THOUSAND PER MONTH (PHP 20,000.00 )STARTING MARCH 2005 UPTO PRESENT .THAT IS OUR PROPERTY THE LAND WHERE MASS-SPECC BUILDING IS CONSTRUCTED WITH MARKET VALUE OF MORE OR LESS FORTY MILLION PESOS (PHP 40,000,000.00)AND PLEASE GRANT OTHER BENEFITS .
