Aid Application, you should report
all changes to your school
counselor in order to update your
transcript.

After submitting an application,


you will create a PIN (Personal
Identification Number), update
your demographic information
(on your original application), as
necessary and monitor your
financial aid recipient history
(award status). It is your responsi-
bility to provide your correct
name, address, date of birth and
social security number, and inform
Bright Futures of any changes.
