them to self-reflection, and inspire them to hope for a better future. Jessica Ms. Barnes is well
likedrespected and appreciated by staff and customers alike, and several times it has been

a highly sought-after case manager from many of our clients. She is my an exceptional model for
how to handle difficult conversations with tact and grace.

Through her work with Macomb/St. Clair Michigan Works! as both a Career Development
Facilitator as well as a Training Specialist, Jessica Ms. Barnes has excelled at creating and
maintaining relationships with training institutions in Oakland and Macomb counties. If I need a
contact for any type of training institution, be it high school completion or post-secondary
education, Jessica Ms. Barnes is the person I turn to. As she has grown in the WIOA Youth
program and then transitioned to her role under PATH funding, Jessica Ms. Barnes has skillfully

Jessica Ms. Barnes accepted the responsibility of performing conducting approximately 90% of
my training when I was hiredbegan working at Michigan Works! Macomb/St. Clair. I count
attribute my successful promotion from Program Support Specialist to Career Development
Facilitator to Jessicas Ms. Barness careful direction and expert knowledge of WIOA policy.
Without Jessicas Ms. Barnes encyclopedic mind and adept use of WIOA guidelines, I would not
have been able to meet our enrollment and budget goals for the 2015 Program Year.
