OBLIGATIONS OF THE STUDENT

The student undertakes to:
Take full advantage of the practical training possibilities offered by the company.
Perform the tasks related to the training programme that the company and the UCJC may have agreed upon.
Respect the rules and regulations of the company.
Maintain the complete confidentiality of company events and documents.
Maintain contact with his/her tutors at the company and at the UCJC.

EARLY TERMINATION OF THE PROFESSIONAL WORK EXPERIENCE

On reasonable grounds and with prior notice to the other parties of one week, the company, the university or the student may
terminate the period of professional work experience ahead of schedule.

By signing this document, the student provides express consent to the UCJC for the communication thereby of his/her data of a
personal nature to the company .................... for the correct organisation of the period of professional work experience.
