To Whom It May Concern:
The Education Undergraduate Society arranges and provides Professional Development
workshops for education students at the University of Lethbridge. This letter is written at the
request of Peter Vooys who attended the following seminars from September to MONTH
of 2015:

Thursday September 24th: Danny Balderson: "Providing a Quality Physical Education

Experience for your Students"
This workshop will explore how to effectively teach physical education. Ideas for all grade levels
will be introduced as well as discussion about specific curriculum models and assessment. This
session will be of interest to those who loved PE in their school experiences or those who hated it
and want to be apart of the #physed revolution.

Tuesday October 27th: Marian Biggins and Sue Bengry: "What About Those Exceptional
Kids?"
At this session, students will learn about the information you should gather if you have concerns
about a student's learning, and the resources available when you have a student with a disability
in your class.

Wednesday October 28th: Carmen Mombourquette: What About Boys?

This session focuses on boys and their apparent lack of academic success in school.

If you have any questions or comments, please do not hesitate to contact me at edu.eus@uleth.ca
