Federal income-tax applies to all citizens and groups* that net $50,000 or more,
after deductions.
*including all Canadian groups, charities, private corporations, companies, reli
gious, political, foundations, unions.
Federal, provincial, and local governments are exempt from taxes.
Families are not taxed as groups*, but as individual citizens.
Tax-deductions for energy-consumption (gas, electricity): Maximum 10% of payable
annual income-tax.
Canadian employee pay, and donations to Canadian-based (taxable) groups* 100% ta
x-deductable.
Citizens and groups* may not deduct previous years' income-taxes.
No other investments or aquisitions are tax-deductable.
This will result in an across-the-board equity, from individuals, to all groups*

No sales or transfer taxes whatsoever: local, provincial, and federal.
Provinces do not have any power of taxation whatsoever.
Federal funding is delegated to provinces, as needed.
Provincial funding is delegated to local areas, as needed.
Minimum wage $15 - $20, corresponding to ages 15 - 20 years old. Citizens under
18 years-old are considered minors.
Minors' earnings are deducted from the $750 per month guaranteed minimum income
dependent minor benefit.
Minors' earnings are taxable if above $50,000 per annum.
Minors less than 15 years of age may not be employed for commercial purposes.
Provincial police-forces are amalgamated with RCMP.
No fines as punishment against individual Canadian citizens.
No compound-interest above 3% per annum charged to Canadian citizens or groups*,
violations punishable by imprisonment.
Jubilee on all non-secured debts with interest/usury rates above 3%.
Bank of Canada locations to be opened for public use.
Guaranteed minimum income of $1250 per adult, per month, and $750 per dependent

Abolishment of federal employment-insurance programs, and any other welfare prog

Fully-funded public healthcare. No public healthcare insurance premiums.
Fully-funded public education, from elementary to university. Reduced hours for
education of minors.
Fully-funded public legal-aid, available to all without bias. Courts may not imp
ose court-fees/levies.
Statutes prohibiting adult prostitution are abolished, except in the case of dis
ease.
Prostitutes must be registered, tested monthly for disease, and must use protect
ion.
Citizens infected with sexually-transmitted diseases are prohibited from prostit
ution.
Gross right? The world is far from perfect, and if you think people belong in ja
il, speak only of yourself.
Abolishment of all criminalization of Canadians for possession of drugs, and tra
fficking of drugs to adults.
Amnesty for all Canadians with criminal records due to drug-offenses.
Immediate release of all non-violent Canadian drug-offenders.
Establishment of harm-reduction clinics, supplying small amounts of properly-dos
ed, inexpensive drugs to adults.
This will result in the end of the corporate drug-monopoly, the drug-war, and cr
iminalization of innocent people.
Abolishment of all civil-forfeiture statutes.
Local governments may not sieze assets for tax-purposes.
Eminent-domain disputes must be amicably compensated with land, and/or currency.
Public transport-corridors, including bridges, and short-run ferries may not be
privatized, or tolled whatsoever.
Licensing may not be used to create or support monopolies, and may not be enforc
ed criminally.
Copyright may not be enforced criminally, and damage claims must be proven with
evidence, in civil court.
Canadian withdrawal from all international agreements that infringe on Canadian
sovereignty**.
**NAFTA, NATO, and the U.N. are examples of international agreements that infrin
ge on Canadian sovereignty.
Immigration including refugees limited to levels equal to 1% of total Canadian p
opulation, per annum.
Refugee claimants are given priority, up until .5% of total Canadian population,
per annum.
English and/or French-language education is fully-funded for all immigrants, and
refugees.
Canadian military may only operate on Canadian territory, unless war is declared

Canadian-made armaments, and military-use hardware may not be sold to nations at
war.
Phased abolishment of nuclear-power generation; no additional nuclear-power plan
ts may be constructed in Canada.
Nuclear-weapons and/or radioactive weapons may not be produced, nor occupy Canad

Biological, and chemical weapons may not be produced, nor occupy Canadian territ

All genetically-modified foods must be properly labelled.
All non-medical genetically modified food-crops are prohibited in Canada.
Medical GMO crops must be properly contained indoors, and must not cross-pollina
te with other crops.
Fluoride is prohibited for human-consumption, including in toothpaste, and water
-supplies.
Geo-engineering of Canadian air-space is prohibited in Canada.
Canadian water-rights may be expropriated for public-use at any time, without co
mpensation.
