REFLECTED MEASURE OF INTRAPERSONAL AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS

Note To the MGTC24 student:

This questionnaire helps you obtain information about your interpersonal and intrapersonal skills from someone
who knows you well. Such information will enable you to gain accurate self awareness. This is the same
questionnaire you completed in the self-assessment part of your interpersonal and intrapersonal skills.

Give this questionnaire to someone you trust and whose opinion you respect. Ask this person to complete the
questionnaire with you in mind. Tell this person that you will use it to develop your leadership skills and that it is
part of your coursework in MGTC24 and that it is very important that they answer it as honestly as possible. Assure
them that only you will be able to see their response

Fill in your name in the blanks provided on the top of page 2 of this document before giving it to the person you
choose.

Only give pages 2 & 3 to the person who will rate you.

After the person you choose completes this questionnaire, you can compare your assessment of your
interpersonal and intrapersonal skills with that person’s assessment of your interpersonal and intrapersonal skills.
