1.ANTECEDENTES

Por requerimientos y necesidades personales el Ing. David Arandy; quien se encuentra ejecutando la
construccin del Mercado de Transferencia Agrcola del Cantn San Pedro de Pimampiro, se ha
planteadolanecesidadderealizarunaverificacindelanlisisydiseoestructuraldelaestructuradel
mercado en construccin; para lo cual ha decidido contratar de manera voluntaria los servicios de
consultora,medianteconvenioverbal,alIng.RafaelVillaAstudillo.

El presente documento tiene como propsito demostrar los criterios utilizados en el anlisis y diseo
estructuralsismoresistentedelaestructuraaserusadacomomercado.

2.DESCRIPCINGENERALDELPROYECTO

De acuerdo al requerimiento arquitectnico se ha concebido una estructura de forma regular, de un


solo nivel; cuyas dimensiones en planta y elevacin se pueden observar tanto en los planos
arquitectnicoscomoenlosplanosestructurales.

3.DESCRIPCINESTRUCTURAL

Lanaveindustrialesunaestructuradeaceroestructural.
La cubierta es una placa metlica de galvalume de espesor de 0.40mm sustentada sobre
viguetas de acero estructural. Las viguetas tienen una seccin transversal tipo G, asentadas
sobreelcordnsuperiordelacercha.
Las vigas son cerchas de acero estructural,conformadasporun cordnsuperioreinferior,de
seccin transversal tipo C. Entre los cordones se tejen las barras que conforman la cercha
triangular.EstasbarrastienenunaseccintransversaltipoL.
Lascolumnassoncerchasdeaceroestructural,conformadasporuncordnsuperioreinferior,
de seccin transversal tipo C. Entre los cordones se tejen las barras que conforman la cercha
triangular.EstasbarrastienenunaseccintransversaltipoL.Lascolumnasseanclanaplacasde
acero.
Lasplacasdeanclajesesustentansobrepedestalesdehormignarmado,deseccintransversal
rectangular; con armadura de refuerzo tanto longitudinal como transversal. Los pedestales se
cimientansobreplintosaislados.
La cimentacin consiste de plintos aislados de hormign armado, sustentadas sobre el suelo
natural.

La cimentacin toma en cuenta la interaccin sueloestructura nicamente en funcin de las


caractersticaspropiasdelterrenodondeestardesplantada.

Para una concepcin completa y global del sistema estructural es necesario referirse a los planos
estructurales.

5.CARGASDEDISEOUTILIZADAS

5.1Cargasmuertas
Se consideran cargas muertas a las acciones gravitacionales que actuarn permanentemente
sobre la estructura y no variarn con el tiempo, ms las acciones indirectas con carcter de
permanencia;paraelpresentecasosehaconsiderado:

Elpesopropiodelaestructura.
Carga muerta adicional: 60kg/m (cubierta: 25kg/m instalaciones: 35kg/m); carga que es
distribuidaalolargodecadacercha.

Estascargasseaplicansimultneamenteparaeldiseodelasarmadurasdeloselementosdela
estructura.

5.2Cargasvivas
Seconsiderancomocargasvivasalascargasaccionestemporalesqueactuarnenlaestructura;
paraelpresentecasosehaconsiderado:
Cargaviva:680kg/m(cargavivaporcdigo:500kg/mcargavivaporprocesoconstructivo:
180kg/m);cargaqueesdistribuidaalolargodecadacercha.

5.3Cargasporsismo
La estructura ser sometida al diseo basado en fuerzas laterales tanto estticas como
dinmicas.

7.ANLISISESTRUCTURALDELAEDIFICACIN

Paraelanlisisestructuraldelaedificacinsecontemplaunanlisisriguroso,quepermitaevaluarsila
capacidad de los elementos estructurales propuestos en el prediseo y posterior diseo son los
adecuadospararesistirlascondicionesmsdesfavorablesquepuedanpresentarsedurantelavidatil
delaestructura.

Comoefectosprincipalessehaconsideradosolicitacionesdebidasacargasverticales(permanentesy
sobrecargas accidentales, anlisis modal espectral). El anlisis y diseo estructural cumple con las
especificacionesdelCdigoEcuatorianodelaconstruccinNECSEDS,ACI31814yAISC36010.

El empleo de programa de anlisis y diseo estructural (ETABS v.15.0) de carcter computacional,


permitirealizarelanlisisdediversosmodelosestructurales,hastaconseguirlasmejorescondiciones
en lo que respecta a los esfuerzos y desplazamientos de la estructura, previo al proceso de diseo
estructural.

7.CONCLUSIONESYRECOMENDACIONES

Se procedi a realizar tanto un anlisis esttico como uno dinmico; cumpliendo todas las
normasdeanlisis.
La estructura cumple con todos los parmetros de verificacin en el anlisis estructural, de
acuerdoalasnormasnacionaleseinternacionales.
Se verific tanto los modos de vibracin, derivas a piso, esfuerzas cortantes en los pisos y
dinmicadevibracin.
Serealizunaverificacindeldiseoestructuralyseencontrque:
o Lascolumnaspasansatisfactoriamente
o LasvigasdebenserreforzadastalcomoseindicaenelAnexo3.
o Lasvigasdearrostramientolateralnopasanlaverificacinydebencambiardeseccin,
talcomoseindicaenelAnexo3.
