Products that were manufactured prior to January 1, 2010 there may be a higher than expected formatter failure rate.
This specific failure will exhibit one or more of the following symptoms upon power up:
Blank display
B) Ensure the product failure exhibits one of the symptoms mentioned above under the description section.
C) If both A and B are within bounds, replace the formatter as documented in the Service Manual and mark the CSO as a Service Advisory.
