I hereby grant Power of Attorney to Rabbi Mendel Bluming to act as my

agent and legal representative for the purpose of selling my chametz.
Rabbi Bluming is also authorized to lease, for the duration of this
Passover, the area within my property where my chametz is stored.
The areas where chametz is stored will be clearly marked and I hereby
grant Rabbi Bluming permission for access 24/7 over Passover.
This power of attorney is in conformity with all Torah Law and
Rabbinic regulations and is also in accordance with the laws of the State
of Maryland and the United States of America.
