Observations/ Account
(What Happened?)
On the first Monday I observed the class
which went quite well.
When I observed the class my teacher said
to watch the classroom in general way.
Also she asked me to observe the
classroom management system so that it
will be easier for me later.
Teacher showed a proper involvement
when teaching the kids. She checks them
on time to time.
Also creates a friendly environment which
makes readers more prone to read and
write.
Classroom management plays a vital role
she controls the class with a proper balance
but many times controlling class is hard

From this observation what I think is that
an observation plays an important role in
the process of teaching. Nobody can enter
the class and start to teach at first we need
to observe how the class is, and how the
students are, How can we teach them etc.
Next one is, classroom management from
this two weeks practicum what I learned is
that we need to have the knowledge on
classroom management because without
that it is impossible to teach. As we have
been learning on the classroom
management in our essential class which
was very effective that gave me a more
knowledge.
As I went with them to library, canteen
also on the playground so that I can be
familiar with them also I played with them
somehow they were knowing me a little
bit.
The thing I learned from my cooperating
 teacher is to be patience.

Also I learned that discussing with the all specific

grade teachers is so much important that it helps

students to go in the same direction and same

paths.
