(What Happened?)
Today I was sick, I thought I will not
go to UPH but it is the last day of
teaching practicum and I did not have
class for teach. So, I just did
observation and attended the meeting
with my teacher form ITC and Ibu L.
All the teachers were busy with
preparation of the board exam of
grade 12. When students entered the
room for exam everyone were
nervous but teacher told them to do
not be nervous and just think and
write down whatever you know about
the question.
My Teacher came from the
International Teacher College to give
feedback of teaching in front of my
cooperating teacher.

When I got, sick I felt teacher will do not cares me, but I was
wrong my teacher told me to go to clinic. I went clinic and
after took medicine I felt relieved. I think teachers in UPH are
not only for teaching, but they do care for other people. They
forced me to go home and take rest, but I stayed there because
it was my last day of practicum. As a teacher, I need to
understand and others feelings. So as a teacher I need to be
understandable because without understanding I cannot make
make good relationship and cooperate with that person. In
International Teachers Colleges teachers are so caring and
loving. Every time when I see my professors I feel I must be
like my teachers.
Teacher give some encouragement to the students so they can
write their paper effectively. I think this is the good quality of
teacher because some of teacher do not have behavior of
encouraging. I also do not have behave to encourage students
after they done good job. Although in future I will encourage
to my students to feel them comfortable in the classroom. in
our Alignment class my teacher also taught us to encourage
students because some students may be shy. If teacher
encourage then, they can feel easy in class.
I was happy because my teacher gave me comments on my
teaching which was good for me. If I know my weaknesses
hen I can improve in the next class. I was happy that it was my
first practicum. But I got helping good teacher who
understand my problems so I did not feel being a teacher is
not my calling during practicum. In future, teaching practicum
I will improve on my mistakes like pronunciation, and to write
correct spelling
