This work order is for the installation and cutover to the new Verifone MX915 and
VX805 devices. The MX915 will be installed at the customer counter(s). The VX805 Assignment Location
will be installed in the drive through.
Level 10 is NOT managing the shipping of the equipment for this project but it will Taco Bell
be onsite before your scheduled installation. 1300 N Miller St
Level 10 technician will be responsible for boxing up any old payment devices NOT WenatcheeWA98801
physically attached to the POS (MSR stays connected to the POS) and handing it to USA
the MOD. Taco Bell will handle the logistics for all of the old devices. Dress Code: Business Casual
Technician must follow the outlined instructions in the Level 10 Install guide and the
Taco Bell Technical Document to complete this installation.
Transaction Authorization Codes will be required data that needs to be added to the
work order milestones while onsite. If you use your own credit card you can order a
side of lettuce for each required transaction and Level 10 will reimburse for that
dollar amount upon checkout.

DELIVERABLES

Tech will be required to take ALL deliverable pictures and upload them while onsite.

Please note, tech is not limited to but must have this list of required hardware and tools to
complete this scope.

Cordless drill with fully charged batteries


Scissors
Tape Measure
Alcohol prep pads OR isopropyl alcohol and a clean towel
wood screws
Phillips and regular screw drivers
Torpedo level
Velcro (Tywraps are NOT PERMITTED)
Razor knife
USB Keyboard - This will be needed if the POS terminal needs to be powered off
manually for installation.
