ENHANCING THE CONDUSIVENESS OFTHE LEARNING ENIRONMENT OF THE GRADE 10

I. BACKGROUND AND RATIONALE:


BadoDangwa National High school is about eight years from its operation with complete
rooms from grade 7 to grade 10 through the efforts of the First and the recent school head,
Mrs. EMILIA G. BULAWIT and the stakeholders. As years passed by classrooms need to
be improved for the benefits of everybody especially the student.

II. OBJECTIVE:

To elicit parents cooperation for the improvement of the classroom

To Make the classroom free from unwanted incidents like lost of students
belongings and vandalism inside the classroom
To maintain orderly and cleaned classroom

II. METHODOLOGIES:
A. Pre-implementation Phase
1. Meeting of the advisers and parents;
2. Submission of the Proposal for approval to the school Head;
3. Dissemination of information to the parents and students

B. Implementation Phase
Canvassing of the lowest possible welding shop for the window grills
Mounting of the window grills by the welder after assembling it
C. Post-implementation
1 Evaluation of mounted window grills.
