JOB TITLE: Major Incident Manager


JOB LOCATION: Ostrava, Czech Republic

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Responsibilities:
- crisis management in client IT services and coordination of technical specialists
- the organization, documentation and recording of the Major Incidents as well as the evaluation and
subsequent settings of corrective actions in collaboration with technical specialists
- operational tasks within the Incident Management (ITIL)
- following the process of Major Incident Management
- communication within Major Incident Management
- work on the improvement of quality of provided service
- creation and analysis of incident reports

Requirements:
- experience in managing crisis situations
- experience in leading a teleconference meeting
- ability to plan and organize work (prioritization)
- knowledge of IT processes (ITIL best practises)
- good knowledge of IT (applications, servers, network, databases)
- ability to work in virtual teams across time zones
- knowledge of English (spoken and written)
- stress resistance
