fessionals. Services include 1-1 sessions,
family group sessions, small peer group
sessions, and specialized programs and
classes.
Adaptive Aquatics through Sanford Well-
ness Center:

Two sessions annually, the school session
is September to May while the Summer
Session is May to August. This program
allows children with disabilities to swim
safely while being monitored closely.

This great resource is an inclusive child-
care program that allows parents to uti-
lize the facilities at Sanford Wellness
without having to worry about finding a
sitter for a few hours.
With all of these activities, do not hesitate to ask the
program staff about discounted fees, sliding fee scales
for families with Medicaid/limited resources; scholar-
ships; or referrals to programs that may provide finan-
cial assistance so children are able to participate.
