AFFIDAVIT OF DENIAL

I, MARIA ASUNCION-DOMINGO, a former Filipino now American Citizen, of

legal age, widow, a resident of Brgy. 3 San Nicolas, Ilocos Norte, Philippines, but now
living here at Honulolo, Hawaii, United States of America, having been duly sworn in
accordance with law, hereby depose and state:

1. That I am NOT the person who executed a Special Power of Attorney

(SPA) who constitute or appoint the persons namely Albert P. De
Guzman and Renato B. Ramos;

2. That the signature appearing in the said SPA bearing Doc No. ____, Page
No. _____, Book No. _____, Series of 2010 notarized by Atty. Richard
Tumaneng dated ______________ was not my signature and never could I
for reason of my physical impossibility of being presence before the notary
public Atty. Richard Tumaneng;

3. As such, I am executing this Affidavit to certify or attest to the truth of the

foregoing facts and for purpose of denying that I am the MARIA A.
DOMINGO who is the subject of the aforementioned Special Power of
Attorney and for whatever legal purpose that this Affidavit may serve.
