metinSanFranciscotosigntheUNCharter.Communistspy,AlgerHiss,coauthoredthatfoundingcharterand
servedasthefirstactingUNSecretaryGeneral.Thisinitialglimpseoftheglobalagendashouldhaveraisedabigred
flag.Butourwartornworldwasalreadyblindedbythewellpublicizedvisionofapeaceableplanet"laptinuniversal

Actually,manyAmericansdidseethesignpostsalongtheway,buttheirwarningsweredrownedoutbythe
mainstreammedia'sresoundingpraise.Smallwonder!The25mainU.S.newspapershadbeenboughtbythe
bankinggoliath,J.P.Morganoneofthestrongerstemsinthevine'stangledrootsystem.

Theyoungvinegrewfastanditsbranchesspreadthroughouttheworld.Thesignsofpoliticalandsocialcompromise
multiplied.ItwasnosecretthateachconsecutivesocialistSecretaryGeneralTrygveLie(fromNorwaybut
recommendedbyRussia),DagHammersjold(Sweden),UThant(Burma),KurtWaldheim(Austria),etc.
sympathizedwithCommunismandhelpedbuildanimposingwebofinternationaldeclarationsandtreaties("soft"
laws)thatwouldoverruleconstitutionalrightsanddomesticlawsinAmerica.

FordecadesonlyCommunistleaderswouldfilltheUN'shighestmilitarypost,UnderSecretaryGeneralfor
PoliticalandSecurityCouncilAffairs.Fourteenofthefifteenmenwhoheldthisvitalpostupuntil1995(andprobably
intothenewcentury[2])representedtheUSSR.TheoneexceptionwasDragoslavProtitich,aCommunistfrom
Yugoslavia.SowhenAmericansoldiersfoughtCommunisminKoreaandVietnaminpartnershipwiththeUN,thetop
UNmilitaryleaderswereCommunists.NowonderAmericansoldiersfoughttwofutileanddeadlywars.

Justasimportantisthegrandvisionofglobalpeace,whichburnsintheheartofmanyidealistswhohavelearnedto
hatewar.Thesetwovisionandgradualismservetobothmotivateanddeceivethemassesatthesametime.Of
course,manyoftheleaderswhoutilizethesestrategieshavemoretotalitariangoalsinmind.

ThatquestbeganlongforAlfredLordTennysonpennedhisvisionarypoem,LocksleyHall.Historypointsto
monumentalfeatssuchastheTowerofBabel,thevastHittite,BabylonianandPersiancivilizationsand,later,the
Greek,Roman,ByzantineandMuslimempires.Inmoremoderntimestheworldwatchedwithaweas"civilized"
nationssuchasRussiaandGermanysacrificedpersonalfreedomandmillionsoflivesontheiraltarstoSovietand
Nazidreamsoftotalitariansocialism.

Hindsighthelpsustracetheearly,incrementalstepstowardaworldgovernment,andwecannowlookbackata
foundationlaidbyaneclecticblendofsocialistvisionaries,globalmindedfinanciers,communist
revolutionaries,secretsocieties,NewAgeleaders,wealthycapitalistandtaxexemptfoundationsprimarilyin
GreatBritainandtheUSA.LongbeforetheUnitedNationsbecameanofficialorganundersocialistleadership,that
earlyvisionhadspreadthroughallthemaininstitutions.AsMarilynFergusonwroteinTheAquarianConspiracy,

"Broaderthanreform,deeperthanrevolution,thisbenignconspiracyforanewhumanagendahas
triggeredthemostrapidculturalrealignmentinhistory....Therearelegionsofconspirators.Theyarein
corporations,universitiesandhospitals,onthefacultiesofpublicschools,infactoriesanddoctors'
offices,instateandfederalagencies,oncitycouncilsandtheWhiteHousestaff,instatelegislatures,in

TofulfillthisdreamofaNewWorldOrderthatwouldservethegrandioseeconomicandsocialinterestsofitsearly
visionaries,twostepswereessential:

1. Establishanefficientglobalmanagementsystemthatwouldjointhenationsoftheworldthroughprocesses
thatwouldappear"democratic"andwouldproducecompliancewithspecificsetsofgoalsandstandards.
2. Usethismanagementsystemtomoldminds,underminesovereignty,establishsocialsolidarityandtraina
mobileglobalworkforcethrough

Theredistributionofhumanandfinancialresources(throughmigration,aglobaleconomy
andaglobalwelfaresystem).
Auniformworldwideeducationsystemthatwouldstandardizebothsocial"learning"andwork
skillseverywhere.

entertainmentmedia,churches,etc)preparedtoleadthemassestowardculturaland

processastrategywelltestedandprovenintheformerSovietUnion.(Manyparticipants
includingchurchesmayneverknowhowtheirnewbusinesspracticesandsmallgroup
dialogueshelpunderminetraditionalvaluesandpreparetheirmembersforthenewglobal

Tothepragmaticprophetsandpiedpipersbehindthisscheme,thelossoflives,propertyandfreedommatteredlittle,
fortheutopianendwouldjustifytheirunscrupulousmeans.SocialexperimentsthatkilledmillionsinRussia,Nazi
GermanyandChinabecameusefulsteppingstonesforthewealthyfoundationsandfinanciersintheUKandUSwho
helpedfundthosewarsandrevolutionsandforthepowerfulleaders(intheUKandUSA)whoprovidedweapons

Inotherwords,electedofficialscomeandgo,buttheunelectedleadersbehindthescenescontinuetheirreign.As
EuropeanParliamentmemberAshleyMotewroteinanarticletitled"BewaretheSecretHeartoftheEU,"

"EventheEU'spublicfacetheunelectedcommissionispartofthecharade.Powerdoesnotlie
withthem.Itlieswiththeseniorstaffrunningtheirdepartments....Wedonotknowwhattheirbudgets

SummarizingakeypointinQuigley'sTragedyandHope,Dr.StanleyMonteithwroteinhiswellresearchedbook,
BrotherhoodofDarkness:"ProfessorQuigleyassuredhisreadersthatthethreatofcommunismwasexaggerated,
andthathehadresearchedthemenandtheorganizationsthatruletheworld.Inthosedaysmanypeoplebelieved
thatourStateDepartmenthadturnedEasternEuropeandChinaovertothecommunistbecauseourgovernmentwas

beaninescapablepartofmodernwar.Sogreatwastheforceofthisdemandthatwithinafewweeksafterthe
openingofthepeaceconferenceofParisinJanuary1919,unanimousagreementhadbeenreachedonthetextof

1919.Col.HousedeliberatelymisledworldleadersintorejectinganynotionofblockingtheBolshevikRevolution.
Thefollowingstatementisfromhisdiary:"IhadahearttohearttalkwithClemenceau[PremierofFrance]about
BolshevisminRussiaanditswestwardmarch.Imadehimconfessthatmilitaryinterventionswasimpossible....Later
