CONTROL
REQUIRED TO OBSERVATION
Coordinate with the client
and other subcontractor
those are working near.
Make sure the crane is
capable to bear the force
while lifting of load.
Make sure the swing radius
of crane is not obstructing
the facilities which are
nearby.
For heavy lifting means a
load is weighted more than
40 ton or the capacity of
crane is exceeding 85%

engineering lift procedure.
The weight of the load
should be identified before
do the lifting and be ensured
the crane is ok to lift.
If the weight of the
equipment is unknown than
a trial lift should be done to
identify the weight of
equipment.
Crane capacity must be
calculated at the maximum
radius of lift and make sure
its below 85% of cranes
