(A) Stack Emission Test: Stack emission measurement is carried

out at the outlet of the ESP- Stack for the following Parameters.
a) Suspended particulate matter (mg/Nm3 )
b) SO2 (mg/Nm3 )
c) NOX (mg/Nm3 )
d) CO (mg/Nm3 )
e) Volumetric Flow Rate (Nm3/hr)
f) Temperature (Degree Celsius)
g) Average Velocity (m/sec)

(B) Effluent Discharge Test: Effluent discharge test for total.

5(five) nos. of outlet drains at CTPS for the following parameters:

a) PH value
b) BOD(5 days at 20C) in mg/l
c) COD in mg/l
d) Dissolved Oxygen (DO) in mg/l
e) Total suspended solid (TSS) in mg/l
f) Total dissolved solid (TDS) in mg/l
g) Oil & Grease in mg/l
h) Chromium in mg/l
i) Zinc in mg/l
j) Copper in mg/l
k) Iron in mg/l
l) Free Cl in mg/l
m)Phosphate in mg/l
n) Cobalt in mg/l
o) Nickel in mg/l
(C) Ambient Air Quality Measurement:

Ambient Air Monitoring/Testing/Analysis at three locations on 24

hourly basis for the following parameters:

a) Suspended particulate matter (mg/Nm)

b) SO2 (mg/Nm)
c) NOX (mg/Nm)
d) CO (mg/Nm)
e) Respirable particulate matter (RPM) (mg/Nm)
f) Lead (mg/Nm)
g) RH (%)

Locations:--

(1) Residential Area (Guest house)

(2) Industrial Area (Cooling tower )
(3) Sensitive Area (Hospital)

(D) Noise Level Measurement:

Noise Monitoring at three designated locations for the following

parameters:

a) Six set of reading covering 24 hrs. Keeping a gap of four hrs in

between two consecutive readings
b) Determination of average values of Leq for both day time & night
time [Leq (d) & Leq (n)] at each locations.
c) 1/1 octave frequency spectrum analysis of the noise is done in
order to evaluate Annoyance/ irritation capability.
