Narrative Raymond J.R.J. Hassett was arrested and processed for his
conduct in a physical confrontation that had occurred in the
Potsdam High School on 3/22/2017. He was charged with one
count of Harassment in the second degree for spitting in the
face of another student and one count of Assault in the third
degree for striking that student in the face and continuing to
strike the student after he had been grabbed and held from
behind by another individual, who claimed that he was
attempting to break up the fight. Mr. Hassetts actions resulted
 in physical injury to the other students nose.
