WEB DEVELOPMENT PROCESS:
The Development team initially prepares the flowchart based on the Business
requirements, to determine the most effective navigational structure for the website. A
storyboard demonstrates appropriate colors, text fonts, graphics, text buttons and their
placement. A well planned, well presented website will attract and encourage repeat
visitors. Effective and professional design capabilities increase the overall success of the
site, making it more functional and user-friendly.

MAJOR ASSUMPTION:
As a part of our discussion, we provide the cost estimation apart from Domain name
registration and domain space as you already have all those stuff already
purchased.

The website development team will:

Gather all required text, information or images from the client side.
Use digital format for all text, information and/or visual content (photographs,
diagrams, etc.) that as to be included in the site.
Maintain the color scheme and style based on the client requirement
Provide dynamic back-end interfaces that allow to managing its content in all
sections of the website.
Provide the developer with access to any relevant materials such as graphics, logos
or photographs that can be used in the design process.
Provide timely feedback on each step identified in the development plan.

Project Definition Meeting to determine precise details concerning the scope of the
project and develop an accurate and detailed timeline outlining the development and
delivery of the project, including deliverables for the developer
Deliverable: Information provided by Rise India Includes relevant promotional/corporate
material, research and background information.

The developer has determined a precise project specification for the entire website
and presents it to for approval.
Deliverable: Project Specification & Proposal is provided to Rise India for approval.

Rise India either approves the Project Specification or provides feedback on the Project
Specification to request revisions.
Deliverable: Project Specification approval.

Stage 3 Implementation

The developer provides a complete list of all required content, which needs to be
provided by Rise India
Deliverable: A complete list of required content. Developer begins design development.
Developer presents sample designs for review by Rise India
Deliverable: First sample designs.

Rise India will have to either approve one of the design samples or provide feedback for
revisions and adjustments to design. Rise India provides any relevant graphics and
content.
Deliverable: All website content including relevant pictures, text, contacts, etc.
Developer develops the website. During this time there will be deliverables for
development and periodic sign-off by Rise India. Complete website and approval to
begin testing
Stage 4 Testing

Developer will test all aspects of the project, including Quality Assurance testing for
functionality, spelling and grammatical errors, consistency of graphics, and technical
specifications. During this time, Rise India may request some revisions and tweaking,
which will be completed by Day Rise India.
Deliverable: Fully tested website.

Stage 5 Launch and Phase Out

RSN Infotech will register domain and set up. The website will be posted live on the
server and any final testing and tweaking will be completed.
REMUNERATION AND PAYMENT:

Payment Terms:

50% of total web development fee invoiced and due before work begins.

A second 50% shall be the invoiced as follows.

First issues for comments 20%

Approved with comments 20%
Final delivery with comments 10%

Extra features will be provided based on the requirement with additional cost. Domain
renewal Charges will be applicable during the renewal based on the Market price.

Payment:

The currency shall be made into the Contractors bank account, cash or cheque shall be
issued as mentioned in the invoice raised against the payment schedule.

Taxes: Taxes extra as applicable

Payment: 50% advance along with PO for web site registration.
A second 50% shall be the invoiced as follows.

First issues for comments 20%

Approved with comments 20%
Final delivery with comments 10%
TERMS AND CONDITION:

Development of website shall be commenced only after the requirement freeze by

the client.
Delivery: 1 Month from the date of Purchase Order (excluding the client approval).
Project Revision during Execution: Client may be charged additional fees if it
decides to make changes to the agreed upon project scope and objectives.
All contents and the information posted on the site shall be responsible by the
client.
The prices quoted will be fixed for the planned project duration in accordance with
the scope of work. Any additional work after the project duration is to be agreed by
both parties.
This quotation is valid up to 15 days from the date of submission.
Any API & Tools shall be governed by client side.
We provide webhosting on approved services provider server. In case of client
required on other server then hosting charge shall be governed by client side.

ASSUMPTION AND EXCLUSION:

One-time Implementation & training charges for website shall be at free of cost.
Maintenance of Website for first year shall be free and the charges for the second
year will be applicable
Web hosting and maintenance shall be free of cost for the first year.
Copy rights for the Website shall be hold by RSN InfoTech Pvt. Ltd.,
Template shall be approved by client
All images shall be provided by client. If client needs HD images, M/s RSN InfoTech
will provide the services for HD photo/images with extra cost.
LOGO and ICON copy rights registration shall be taken care by the clients. M/s RSN
InfoTech shall not responsible for the same.

SCHEDULE:
Work will begin within one week of signing of contract and receipt of deposit payment.
Approximately 1 Month will be required from start to finish, assuming that the processes of
providing content, feedback, and approval are free from delays.
