EHS OFFENCES PENALTY MATRIX

Non-compliance or non-conformance with EHS Requirements stated (refer Ready Reckoner

A and Ready Reckoner B) or implied shall be treated as offence. Contractor, its staff and
workers will be penalized for each offence as per the EHS PENALTY MATRIX given below:

Penalty shall be imposed to individual as well as contracting company as per the conditions
stipulated in the matrix. However, the amount of penalty accrued shall be deducted from
the payment due to the contracting company. If offence is repeated in spite of the penalty,
Contractor shall be disbanded based on the recommendation of Project Head or corporate
EHS Head.
