EXTRAJUDICIAL SETTLEMENT OF ESTATE

WITH SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This EXTRAJUDICIAL SETTLEMENT OF ESTATE WITH SPECIAL POWER OF

ATTORNEY is executed by and among:

ROLANDO M. YLAGAN, of legal age, US citizen, with

residence at 168 Marlow Dr Oakland, CA 94605;

OPHELIA YLAGAN, of legal age, US citizen, with

residence at 6255 3rd Avenue, Sacramento, CA 95617;

NANETTE LIM, of legal age, married to ENRIQUE

CARLOS LIM, US citizen, residing at 231Peabody Street,
San Francisco, CA 94134;

WITNESSETH:

WHEREAS, we are the children and heirs of the late Larry M. Ylagan, widow,
who died on October 1, 2010 at 857 Vintage Oak Avenue, Sacramento, California;

WHEREAS, the said deceased Larry M. Ylagan died intestate without Testament
and without any outstanding debts in favor of any person or entity;

WHEREAS, that the said deceased Larry M. Ylagan left the following savings
deposit with Philippine Veterans Bank under Account No. 00202-031933-1, the amount
of approximately Php248,000.00 more or less;

WHEREAS, pursuant to Sec. 1, Rule 74 of the Revised Rules of Court of the

Philippines, the parties herein being all of legal age, they have agreed to divide as they do
hereby divide and adjudicate the real properties above-described equally.

That they hereby affirm that they have executed the foregoing instrument out of
their own voluntary free will without force, intimidation or violence upon their person,
that they have received their just and proper share and have no claim or demand against
each other.

That we are appointing JORGE C. ALEJANDRO as our attorney-in-fact to

perform in our instead the following acts:

1. To apply bank deposit certificate for the deceased PVAO Pensioner LARRY
M. YLAGAN, under Savings Account No. 00202-031933-1 with Philippine
Veterans Bank-Camp Aguinaldo Branch for heirs bond and estate tax
purposes; And to receive said bank deposit certification;

2. To update passbook under Savings Account No. 00202-031933-1 with

Philippine Veterans Bank-Camp Aguinaldo Branch;

3. To sign any and all documents necessary in the above authority.

 IN WITNESS WHEREOF, We have hereunto set our hands this _______ day of

JOINT AFFIDAVIT

1. That we know personally LARRY M. YLAGAN because he is a long time

friend of ours;

2. When he was still in the Philippines, he used LAURO as his first name
because it is his registered name. His name LAURO M. YLAGAN also
appears in the Philippine Veterans Affairs Office (PVAO);

3. However, when he came to the United States, he adopted the first name
LARRY. When he opened an account with the Philippine Veterans Bank
under Account No. 00202-031933-1, he used the name LARRY M.
YLAGAN;

4. That we personally know that the names LAURO M. YLAGAN and LARRY
M. YLAGAN is one and the same person;

5. That we are executing this to attest tot eh truth of the foregoing.
